From First Decision To Operations
Arrow Solutions is a program management firm based in Toulouse, working alongside airlines through every step of their Linefit and Retrofit projects, from project start to aircraft entry into service and beyond.
We act as the airline's representative throughout the project: during milestones, supervising production and design, and securing operational readiness.
Every program starts with a decision: a new aircraft bought or leased, or one already in your fleet. From there the path forks: a Linefit for aircraft straight from the line, a Retrofit for aircraft already flying, before converging again for in-service support.
Securing the right technical and contractual terms, whether the aircraft is bought or leased, before it is even chosen.
Heavy maintenance events preparation, landing gears replacement supervision, in-lease follow-up against lease conditions, and redelivery preparation.

New aircraft, straight from the line. Seven engagements from fleet strategy to entry into service.
Explore Linefit TransitionAircraft already flying. Configuration assessment, MOD definition, Part 21 and induction to redelivery.
Explore Retrofit AdvisoryTechnical advisor across the lease: pre-lease inspection, in-lease compliance and redelivery survey.
Explore Lease AdvisoryOur team comes from the airline world itself. Every decision, specification and trade-off is assessed through the lens of real operational constraints, airline priorities and day-to-day operational impact.
We sit inside the airline's program governance. We prepare and lead reviews with OEMs and suppliers, and remain accountable through to entry into service.
The same team follows the program from first decisions to operations. Knowledge does not get lost between phases, and accountability stays with one partner.
Each engagement can be activated independently or combined. Scope, intensity and duration are adjusted to the airline's organisation and program phase.
